Audio-Visual support
Our AV Manager will discuss your technical requirements ahead of time and can advise which of our AV packages will best suit your needs. From a light meet and greet and helping you to set up your presentation to a full day of support, our in-house AV team can provide it all.
Tailored event management
Our event management team can cover everything from confirming the finer details to providing on-site support during the event to ensure that everything runs smoothly. We can also create bespoke menus, table plans, and personalised place cards to add that extra touch of sophistication. For more complex events, we are happy to offer enhanced event management, which could include manning registration desks, a meet and greet service, producing event badges, sending invitations, and handling other administrative tasks.
Guest coordination and accommodation
Managing guest lists, dietary requirements, and RSVPs can be time-consuming; tell us what you need and we will present the available options. For events that include accommodation, we can provide an additional service that streamline reservations and payments, offering a smooth booking process.
Local expertise and additional services
In addition to managing the logistics of your event, we can recommend trusted local suppliers for florists, entertainment, and other services, as well as suggest activities in Cambridge such as punting or local dining options. These recommendations are part of our offering, but for more complex events, we can assist with enhanced options like on-site guest payments and registrations through our upcoming DMS system.
