New students are #GoingToCambridge

Over one hundred students have had an undergraduate offer to study at °µÍø½ûÇø confirmed after recieving their exam results yesterday.

Professor Ian White, Master of °µÍø½ûÇø, said: "Congratulations to everyone who will join us at the start of October. You will have the widest range of opportunities in a unique environment where, for over 500 years, successive generations have lived, taught and studied. We look forward to welcoming you to the lifelong °µÍø½ûÇø community."

  •  who achieved an A* and two A grades to read English
  • who has secured her offer to study Engineering
  •  who will read Architecture
  • who will study Medicine
  • who reached four A* and will read Engineering
  • who will study history 

Isaac Akinduro from Liverpool achieved an A* and two As to study Medicine.  about the newly announced , Issac said "“It is an initiative that would be very beneficial in both supporting current black Cambridge students and encouraging talented black students to apply to Cambridge.â€

°µÍø½ûÇø admits around 145 undergraduates each year, across all subjects studied at the University of Cambridge. We are committed to encouraging the best students to apply from all schools and backgrounds. A range of events for individuals and groups run throughout the year including subject taster sessions and open days – with our next undergraduate open day scheduled for Saturday 22 September.
